A Picture of Her --> www.gambicats.org.uk/upd15%20ginger%20cat.jpg
Name of Queen: Tulipsnap
Age of Queen: 28 moons
Clan of Queen: LittleClan
Kits of Queen: Crookedkit - tom / Cloverkit - she-cat
Appearance: Tulipsnap, despite having recently given birth to kits, is very thin and slender, already gaining back her well fit physique. And strangely it seems as though she hadn't aged from the time she was an elder apprentice.
Her fur is of medium length and thick. Tulipsnap aquired from her mother very long legs and dainty paws. Her pelt is a fiery ginger that swirls and dashes on her back and sides, running down her tail and up to her forehead.
The rest of her is a creamy off-white and it spalshes out from between the ginger erratically. Tulipsnaps eyes are a bright amber color flecked with emerald speckles. Over all she is a very comely she-cat--a balm for the eyes.
Personality: This queen is generally bubbly and easy to excite. She is loving to all those who are dear to her and loves to have fun. Even though she is playful, Tulipsnap has a snappy tongue about her and often whips unruly apprentices with it if they rough house too close to her precious kits.
Tulipsnap is, to say this is an understatement, a fiercely protective mother. Sure, she tends to give them some loose rein, but at one sense of danger, whoosh! she's Comando-Mom, ready to protect. She is extremely defensive of her Clan as well, and ready to protect it even if she is too weak to -- she is just stubborn and hard-headed that way.
History: Tulipkit was one of four she-cats born to Hazelstep and the mysterious Jetclaw. The fiesty kit would always pick on the others, being the eldest she thought it was her right. She was generally a flighty, head strong little thing with a ferocious temper that could flare at any moment -- she was treated like a feral badger... Or worse. Some queens even asked Hazelstep if they would name her to Furykit instead, but the queen admantly refused.
Tulippaw was accepted with reluctant paws to the warrior Longwhisker and was immediantly thrown into training to get it done as quick as possible. The fiery young she-cat was stubborn and a little manipulator so she often got out of doing the menial task of caring for the elders. When Longwhisker found out... Tulippaw was in for a rude awakening... and so was he.
The warrior confronted her for her lack of activity in helping the other apprentices and the elders. He told her that she would never be a warrior if she didn't help, and Tulippaw replied... with a laugh. She laughed in his face. Very disrespectful. She told him that he needed to grow some tail. The whole Clan was witness to this, and she and her mentor were frowned up for moons to come.
But then Tulippaw suddenly--well, after a moon of ridicule--had an attitude change as she started to gain more empathy and started to see others' points of view. She became a nicer apprentice, and she even gave Longwhisker the backbone he needed to be a stronger warrior. The leader was proud she had chosen a right match; two had came out of the apprenticeship with gains.
Tulippaw stood before the elderly Poppystar and was given the name Tulipsnap. The new warrior was an excellent addition to the ranks of LittleClan.
